I had a flat on my Tesla, used the app and MDP towing was dispatched to my location. I got a call from Chaz at MDP. He let me know he was on the way and gave me an eta. This is where it got interesting. I asked for a flat bed and Chaz said he didn’t need one. Long story short, he brought the dolly. Trust in the process, Chaz was 100 percent right. No flat bed needed. The car was towed safe and sound to Tesla without any issues or damage. I can’t stress enough how carefully and safely Chaz towed the car. The experience was great. Amazing company! Truly exceptional customer service. After both my insurance company and the service center my car was initially towed to made some major errors, MDP kept me informed and was empathetic of my situation. Highly recommend using MDP if you are ever in a situation where you need your car towed.

Tim was phenomenal! Was able to help me with a smile ! My Tesla got a flat after running over something on the road. And was extremely helpful after the Tesla roadside service had the wrong destination address on file. He made the call and helped me change the destination. 5/5 RECOMMEND TIM🌞
Tim did a great job. I had a flat tire and Teslas don't carry extra tires. Tim came to my rescue late on Tuesday evening. Keep up the good work! He even dropped me off at my apartment after we got the Tesla delivered to the tire shop.

My tow trucker driver was very friendly and professional. He was gentle with my car and took all necessary precautions while loading my car in the school's lot. I believe his name was Raymundo and he is awesome.

This was hands down the best towing experience I have ever had. OJ the driver was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I have a Tesla so it requires special attention to tow. I had to ride with him in the tow truck for an hour to Tesla service center. Conversation was great with him as well. His tow truck was extremely clean and smelled great. If I ever need a tow again I hope to get this company. Thank you for the great service.

Out of all of the people that I dealt with regarding my vehicle troubles, he was actually the most knowledgeable about the car. As far as the towing goes, he came from over 45 minutes away, was able to get into a precarious place, and loaded up my car with the greatest of care. He was the most pleasant person as well, (and that’s including the customer service dept and the service department at the dealership). I appreciate his ability to make a stressful situation a little less stressful.
Towing experience was fantastic. Driver showed up right as they said they would. Quickly put my car up on the tow bed and transported me to the auto body shop. Truck was nice and clean, driver was very professional and friendly
