*update - Brian reached out and he offered a resolution that I was happy with and thought was very fair. They handled it very professionally and respectfully. * They were prompt and efficient but their pricing is not ethical. They towed my car twice in the same week...once to the shop then once to a residence. The second tow was $75 more than the first tow. These were not after hour tows but during the day and a .6 mileage difference. I was told it's because they have special pricing with the shop. When I called, he did ask if I paid thru the shop and I explained I did for the initial tow but at drop off we would just pay the driver by credit card. Now I fully understand that they have agreements with their shops and pricing can vary...a bit. But not $75. I say this because I work for a towing company in another state (and he knew this). I know how the industry works. However, you do not honestly do this to people. This is deceitful and wrong. It makes our industry look bad.
I had my car towed from my apartment complex by CommTow (known predatory towing company FYI). My car tire was flat and my battery was dead so I called MDP for an additional tow since I was unable to drive off the lot. Fast, with reasonable rates but also the tow man Mike was friendly and even filled my tire with air and jump started my car to prevent future tows from my apartment complex. Although it sucked getting my car towed twice, and having to spend a killer amount of money, I had a great experience with this company and will use them again in the future if needed. THANKS AGAIN MIKE!!
Haven’t used this tow company yet but they already won my business. I called today around 6:20 and they were the only ones that answered and cared about their clientele. Great customer service. Everyone else answered the phone no greeting at all. It’s crazy how customer service has gone down in today’s world.
MDP is amazing! I worked with Mike, and he was incredibly professional, courteous, and a great communicator. Honestly, I usually only write reviews when something goes wrong, but I just had to share how great my experience was.
